Ok so honestly before working with Ted I thought that realtors did nothing except make a listing on Zillow and then collect that sweet commission, but let me tell you, TED DID THE WORK! Ours was a complex transaction with many moving pieces of the puzzle, and he had it all under control, organizing meetings and inspections and appointments, even from the other end of the world when he was traveling. We were never left in the dark; his communication was clear throughout. Above his work ethic and professionalism though, Ted is a good guy that acts with wisdom. I can definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.
